About Us

WHO ARE WE?

First and foremost we are a family business, working together and combining our diverse set of skills and experience to reach a common goal;

Financial security and long-term wealth creation.

In just a few years, whilst juggling careers in property development, financial services, and hospitality, we have purchased & developed a buy-to-let portfolio with a RICS valuation of £1,800,000 GDV. This experience confirmed that our passion and future lay in property, and became the catalyst for the creation of RegentsView.

RegentsView is a property investment and development business delivering a hands-free investment service for our investors, creating much needed quality homes for our tenants, and working towards our shared company goal.

MEET THE TEAM

PIPPA MITCHELL

Pippa specialises in construction delivery, bringing with her 11 years of experience and network.

Pippa’s past projects range from her personal investments with a refurbishment value of up to £300,000 to super prime developments such as The Shard, London Bridge and No.20 Grosvenor Square, Mayfair. These projects had construction budgets of £50 - £100 million.

Pippa holds an MSc in Construction Project Management, obtained from Oxford Brooks University.

VANESSA MITCHELL

Vanessa focuses on property sourcing, acquisition and design.

She has spent the last 8 years planning & delivering large scale transformation projects as a part of the Goldman Sachs’ Private Wealth Management division in London. This includes leading on the recent establishment of a Paris branch, and project managing the migration of 1500 clients representing +$20 billion of assets from London to Europe as part of the firms Brexit planning.

Vanessa adds to this experience her attention to detail, honed during her time at Oxford University where she obtained a Masters in Chemistry. Combining this with her natural people skills, she ensures creative & effective design is achieved whilst meeting our investors’ objectives.

BENOIT GALLAGA

Benoit leads on tenant and property management.

Having worked in some of the finest hotels and residences in the world, such as Les Barmes De l’Ours, Val D’Isere, 5* South Place Hotel, Liverpool Street & Harrods Estates’ No.1 Ebury Square, Belgravia; Benoit went on to start his own luxury property management business with Pippa in Prime Central London.

Benoit is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to guest and tenant service and hassle-free property management.

ROBERT CLARK

Rob handles all financial aspects of the business.

Having obtained a BA in economics and financial management from Oxford University, Rob went on to apply this knowledge in a commercial environment within BPs commodity trading division. He has held a number of roles across different fuel types, financially strategising and planning for the sourcing, refining and logistics of fuel delivery.

Rob applies this knowledge and experience in economic forecasting and financial modelling to the business, and ensures its investment models are kept in good health.
