We partner with investors to deliver property investment & development projects in and around London

We like working with investors who share our values and vision to create design-led, quality rental housing whilst achieving strong investment returns. In our experience a higher quality product minimises the risk of voids and ensures we can attract the best tenants and highest market rents.

We provide our time, expertise and know-how in acquiring, developing & managing property investments. This means our investors can remain passive, trusting us to invest and grow their wealth securely over time.

We are actively seeking funding from investors who want to build a portfolio with us over the coming years.

EQUITY LOAN PARTNERShip

Our Joint Venture (JV) Partners enjoy a close relationship investing alongside us, benefiting from income as well as capital appreciation over time.

FIXED TERM LENDING

Our Debt Investors benefit from fixed terms agreed upfront and therefore a regular income where their investment is backed by a bricks & mortar asset.

INVESTMENT PRINCIPLES

Through investing in and developing our own buy-to-let portfolio, we came to identify the below 3 principles as core requirements for any future projects.

These have been our guiding principles when developing our co-living (HMO) investment model. A model which focusses on delivering income and creating long term capital growth, and works creatively within the existing planning and regulation framework.

Rental Demand

Cash flow through strong rental income is a key component of any investment we make.

Our investment cash flows are underpinned by selecting investment areas with strong tenant demand and delivering a high quality design-led product. These two factors together minimise voids and allow our properties to achieve the highest rents in the area.

CAPITAL APPRECIATION

Whilst higher yields can be found in other cities & towns in the UK, we choose to invest in and around London due to the city’s track record of capital appreciation over time.

Over time, a strong & consistent capital appreciation has a very significant impact on overall investment returns.
