The team have developed their London co-living investment model to generate consistent rental income and long term capital growth.

The strategy includes the purchase and renovation of stock London housing to create ‘Houses in Multiple Occupation’ (HMOs) for young professionals living and working in the city. Our focus is on providing high quality, affordable accommodation.

The areas in which we invest have been selected according to a detailed criteria, supporting :

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Pippa & Benoit manage high-end properties in Central London on behalf of international property investors. They have created a collection of prestigious homes that are rented on a short, mid or long-let basis, depending on the guest’s requirements.

Their story began in London in 2017, when Pippa was working in super prime property development and Benoit as a concierge to five-star hotels. Together, they set-out to build a luxury property management business that could bring something truly different to Prime Central London.

Today, the immaculate properties they manage welcome guests from all over the world—offering the comfort and privacy only a home from home can provide, but with the five-star service usually reserved for London’s finest hotels. Of course, none of this would be possible without the long-term partnerships held with their clients.

Pippa & Benoit make property ownership hands-free for their clients, taking the pain and hassle out of the property management. They optimise rental yields whilst maintaining the very high quality the properties are maintained to. Tenants & guests are chosen according to a strict criteria to ensure properties are well cared for at all times.


BUY-TO-LETS

Starting in 2014, the team has purchased, renovated and managed a portfolio of buy-to-let properties in Greater London. Most recently, a large multi-unit commercial conversion project. Most of our portfolio has demanded full refurbishment, internally and externally. It is through these projects that we built our experience & depth of knowledge with regards to property investment & construction work.

DEVELOPMENTS

Using a plot of land to the rear of an existing commercial conversion project, a planning application is underway to build two new semi-detached units.

The team have worked in great detail with architects, local planners and the Parish Council to maximise both the design and usability of these future homes, given their prominent location in the centre of this Surrey village and a local need for additional smaller-scale housing.
